- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes (about 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
Topping:
- 1½ cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Spread the sweet potato mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
- In a small bowl, toss pecans with brown sugar and melted butter, then sprinkle evenly over the sweet potatoes.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then carefully remove from oven and scatter mini marshmallows on top.
- Return to oven for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden and gooey.
- Serve warm and enjoy the sweet, nutty, and fluffy goodness.

- Make-ahead option: Assemble up to 1 day in advance and refrigerate; bake before serving.
- If marshmallows brown too quickly, loosely tent with foil during the final bake.
