Sweet Chili Glazed Chicken Thighs – crispy, sticky, and flavorful air fryer chicken thighs with a tangy-sweet glaze.

- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Lightly spray with cooking spray and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up. Cook at 380°F for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Brush chicken generously with the sweet chili glaze. Return to the air fryer for 2–3 minutes to caramelize.
- Remove and brush with extra glaze before serving.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.

- Use gluten-free soy sauce if you need a gluten-free version.
