Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté for 4–5 minutes until soft.
- Add garlic and beef. Cook until meat is browned and fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a separate saucepan, whisk together milk, Greek yogurt, and optional thickener over low heat. Stir until warm, then add cheeses and melt into a creamy sauce.
- Combine pasta, beef mixture, and cheese sauce in the skillet. Stir until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
- Serve hot, topped with extra cheese or herbs if desired.
