Description

One-Pan Creamy Meat and Potato Skillet is a hearty, cozy skillet dinner loaded with tender potatoes, savory ground turkey or chicken, and a creamy cheesy sauce — all cooked in one pan for weeknight ease.

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free milk of choice)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or dairy-free cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  2. Stir in onion and garlic, sauté 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add diced potatoes, carrots, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour in broth and milk, cover skillet, and simmer 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
