- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour

- 1½ cups chocolate chips
- 9 Halloween Oreo cookies (or any seasonal variety)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough, flatten slightly, place an Oreo in the center, and wrap the dough around it to completely enclose.
- Place the stuffed cookies on the baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until golden around the edges but still soft in the center.
- Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For best results, chill the dough 15–30 minutes before shaping to prevent spreading.
- If an Oreo leaks, gently press the dough to seal around the cookie and re-seal the seams.
- Variations: use seasonal Oreos or different flavored sandwich cookies.
- Store baked cookies at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
