Halloween Brookies are a half brownie, half cookie dessert that’s fully festive and perfect for spooky celebrations.

- 1 box brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as directed)
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chip cookie dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup Halloween M&M’s or candy-coated chocolates
- 1/4 cup Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions. Pour into the pan and spread evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough evenly across the brownie batter, pressing down slightly.
- Sprinkle M&M’s and Halloween sprinkles all over the top.
- Bake for 28-30 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
