- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8–10 biscuits)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center and fold dough over, pinching edges to seal.
- Place seam side down on prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, parmesan, and parsley, then brush over the tops of each bomb.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or spicy mayo.
