  • Creamy Garlic Sauce:
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp flour
    • 1½ cups milk
    • ¼ cup heavy cream
    • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
    • Salt, to taste
  • Toppings (optional but delicious):
    • Soft-boiled egg
    • Chopped green onions
    • Toasted sesame seeds
    • Nori strips
    • Chili oil or Sriracha drizzle

Instructions

  1. Rub chicken breasts with paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Slice and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, then gradually whisk in milk and cream.
  5. Simmer until slightly thickened, then add Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  6. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  7. Toss cooked noodles in the creamy garlic sauce.
  8. Serve noodles in bowls, topped with sliced chicken and desired toppings.

  • Adjust heat by adding or reducing red pepper flakes to taste.
