- 2 cups beef or chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in broth and cream, stirring to combine. Simmer 5–7 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
