- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp dried thyme

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion until translucent, about 4–5 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in shredded chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Let cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in milk, cream, and parmesan cheese. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with fresh herbs and crusty bread on the side if desired.
