Description
Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal Bakes are easy, healthy breakfasts with warm cinnamon flavor—like cinnamon rolls without the guilt.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- For cinnamon swirl (optional): 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 tsp cinnamon
- Optional glaze: ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt, 1–2 tsp maple syrup, splash of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease or line a muffin tin or small baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together almond milk, egg, maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until well mixed.
- Pour into prepared dish or muffin tin.
- If using the cinnamon swirl, drizzle it over the top and lightly swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until set and golden.
- Let cool slightly, then drizzle with the optional Greek yogurt glaze before serving.
