- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, ¼ cup parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Lay lasagna noodles flat and spread about 2–3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture over each.
- Roll up each noodle and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the rolls.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Best served warm as a comforting main dish.
- To prep ahead, assemble rolls and refrigerate until ready to bake.
- You can customize with cooked spinach or mushrooms for variety.
