- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 9 slider buns or dinner rolls
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
- Spread buffalo chicken evenly over buns, then top with mozzarella and cheddar. Place the top half of the buns back on.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, then brush over the tops of the buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until golden and cheesy.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- You can assemble ahead and refrigerate the assembled sliders before baking for a quicker dinner.
- For a spicier kick, add more buffalo sauce or a pinch of cayenne.
- Leftovers refrigerate well; reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5–7 minutes.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
