Description

Buffalo Chicken Flatbread is a quick, spicy, and cheesy flatbread that comes together in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 5 small naan breads or flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta or blue cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp ranch or yogurt-based ranch dressing (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Place naan or flatbreads on a baking sheet. Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture on top.
  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, and red onion slices.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch dressing, and sprinkle with green onions.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
