Description
Buffalo Chicken Flatbread is a quick, spicy, and cheesy flatbread that comes together in minutes.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 5 small naan breads or flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ¼ cup crumbled feta or blue cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp ranch or yogurt-based ranch dressing (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Place naan or flatbreads on a baking sheet. Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, and red onion slices.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch dressing, and sprinkle with green onions.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Buffalo sauce can be toned down or increased to taste.
- For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cheese or ranch dressing.
- To make this gluten-free, substitute with gluten-free flatbreads.
- Can be assembled up to a day ahead and baked just before serving.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2–3 days.
