- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup chopped green cabbage or bok choy
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Optional: sesame seeds, fresh cilantro, lime wedges
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Toss in the carrots and cabbage, cooking until just tender, about 2–3 minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce and beef mixture.
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, cilantro, or a squeeze of lime if desired.
