Apple Cider Sangria: A festive, easy-to-make punch featuring crisp apple cider, warm spices, and bubbly Prosecco.

- 1 bottle (750 ml) white wine (such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
- 2 cups fresh apple cider
- 1 cup brandy
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)
- 2–3 apples, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1–2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled prosecco or sparkling wine
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, apple cider, brandy, maple syrup (if using), apple slices, orange slices, and cinnamon sticks.
- Stir well, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
- Just before serving, top with chilled prosecco and stir gently.
- Serve over ice in glasses, making sure to include some of the fruit in each pour.

- Chill the base mixture for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld (or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor).
- Top with Prosecco just before serving to keep the bubbles lively.
- Garnish with extra apple and orange slices for a festive presentation.
